Before you join
How is this different from Empowered Business Lab® AI?
It is a completely different program. Empowered Orchestrator™ is about running your business with AI. You build a system on top of the products and content you already have, AI handles the recurring work of marketing, selling, and keeping the back office running, and you approve everything before it goes out. It runs as a cohort, so you build it alongside a group with real deadlines.
What do I need to bring?
A product or a library of content to build from. That can be a course, a membership, a shop of digital products, or years of blog posts, podcasts, or videos. The program starts with what you already have and builds the system around it.
What software will I need?
Three things. First, an AI platform, and the choice is yours: Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. I teach mainly from the Claude desktop app, and I demo the setup in ChatGPT and Gemini too, though not as deeply. Second, Obsidian, the free app where your business brain lives as files you own. I walk you through setting up your vault step by step. Third, the tools you already run your business on, like your email platform, shop, or course platform. You keep whatever you use now. Before we start, check whether each of your tools has an AI connector or an MCP server, because that is what lets AI work inside it. If one doesn't, I'll show you the workarounds.
Which AI do I need to use?
The one you already use. Empowered Orchestrator™ is compatible with Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Your business brain lives in your Obsidian vault, in files you own, so you can switch AI platforms later without rebuilding.
Do I need a paid AI plan?
Plan on one paid plan. Free plans limit how much you can use them, and some don't include connectors at all, which is what lets AI work inside your email, shop, and calendar. The standard paid plans run about $20 a month, and you only need one.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You'll be making decisions, not writing code. I'll show you exactly what to set up and in what order, and the system is designed so you're the one approving what it does.
How is this different from the Empowered Business Society®?
EBS is the community where members implement alongside me. Empowered Orchestrator™ is the program that teaches you to build the system. They work together, but they are separate.
